Odds is a number that tells you how much you'll get back if your bet wins. By default on rrpoker, Decimal Format (e.g. 1.85, 2.30, 3.50) are used.

Simple breakdown:

• Payout = Stake × Odds
• Example: ৳1,000 bet × 2.50 odds = ৳2,500 (profit ৳1,500)
• Higher odds → lower probability → bigger payout if you win.
• The lower the odds (e.g. 1.10) → the heavier the favorite → the less you win if they come through.

Three odds formats:

• Decimal (1.85): The most common format and the easiest to understand.
• Fractional (5/6): Common in Europe. Means ৳5 profit on a ৳6 bet.
• American (+150 or -120): + means profit on a ৳100 bet; - means how much you need to bet to win ৳100.

You can go to Settings and choose your preferred format. Decimal odds are recommended for beginners.

Rrpoker believes every member has the right to control their own account. That's why both options are available — a temporary break or a permanent closure.

Temporary Suspension (Cooling-Off):

• Go to Profile → Responsible Gaming → select Self-Exclusion.
• Choose any duration — 24 hours, 1 week, 1 month, or 6 months.
• You won't be able to log in during the suspension period, but your account will be automatically reactivated once it expires.

Permanent Closure (Self-Exclusion):

• Send a request to our support team via Live Chat or email.
• The account will be closed within 24 hours of identity verification.
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
• Once permanently closed, no new account can be opened using the same phone number or email.
