rrpoker An internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. The terms and conditions set out in this document apply to the rrpoker website, mobile app, and all associated services.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi members. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive text.

Rrpoker reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account at rrpoker, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date.
• Each individual may open one account only.
• Two members of the same household may hold separate accounts, provided their identities and payment methods are distinct.

As part of KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may be asked to provide any one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport data page
• Driving License

Members are solely responsible for the security of their own accounts. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.

The following payment methods are currently supported on rrpoker:

• bKash — Instant deposits & withdrawals
• Nagad — Instant deposits & withdrawals
• Rocket — Deposits & withdrawals supported

The following payment rules apply strictly:

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made from a number registered in the member's own name.
• Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are displayed on the platform.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal.

Rrpoker does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges — these are outside rrpoker's control.

Before placing a bet at rrpoker, please familiarise yourself with the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended — partial settlement is only possible through the cash out option.
• Odds can change rapidly in in-play betting. The odds in effect at the time your bet is confirmed will be the ones used for settlement.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, rrpoker reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a match is abandoned or goes beyond its scheduled duration, the affected bets will be settled in accordance with rrpoker's betting rules.
• If a leg in an accumulator bet is voided, that leg will be calculated at odds of 1.0.

In all betting-related disputes, rrpoker's decision shall be considered final.

The following general terms apply to all bonus offers at rrpoker:

• Each bonus comes with specific Wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are fulfilled.
• The Welcome Bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• If multiple accounts are created to claim bonuses, all associated accounts will be closed.
• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or betting markets — full details are stated in each bonus offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at rrpoker and will result in permanent account closure:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Bonus Abuse: Registering repeatedly with the sole intention of claiming bonus offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform as a channel for illegal financial transactions.
• Cheating: Any attempt to influence or manipulate betting outcomes.
• Third-Party Transactions: Using an account or payment method registered under someone else's name.
• Software Abuse: Betting via bots or automated means.

rrpoker We believe betting is entertainment — not a problem. That's why we've put the following tools in place for our members:

• Daily / Weekly Spending Limit: Set your own limit on how much you want to bet.
• Self-Exclusion: Accounts can be temporarily suspended for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Permanent Closure: If you feel betting is becoming a problem, contact support and your account will be permanently closed.
• Reality Check: You will be reminded of your session duration at regular intervals.

Rrpoker may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• Where evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or if false information is found.
• During an investigation into suspicious financial transactions.
• At the direction of a regulatory or legal authority.

For any dispute regarding betting outcomes or transactions, please contact the Support team first. If unresolved, follow rrpoker's formal dispute resolution process. All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant incident.

rrpoker takes your personal information very seriously. Details provided during registration will be used solely for the following purposes:

• Account management and identity verification.
• Payment processing and fraud prevention.
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
• Sending relevant offers and updates (you can opt out at any time).

rrpoker These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Members will be notified via email or an on-platform notice before any significant changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after notification will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request that your account be closed.
